The Blue Lagoon from Keflavik Airport tour description

The Blue lagoon from Keflavik airport tour starts with a pick-up at Keflavik International Airport and then heads straight for the Blue Lagoon geothermal spa across the harsh, rugged landscape.

The Blue Lagoon is a unique geothermal spa situated in the youngest lava field in west Iceland. The Blue Lagoon offers many recreational activities such as walking in spectacular surroundings, bathing in the milky blue-green water. For a unique experience indulge yourself with an outdoor massage or one of the spa treatments available there. We recommend booking this in advance by calling +354 420 8800.

On site there is also a fantastic restaurant with á la carte menu and a Blue Lagoon shop, selling skin care products based on a unique blend of Blue Lagoon geothermal seawater, as well as selected Icelandic designer gifts, artwork, and clothing.

Enjoy all the qualities the Blue Lagoon has to offer! Transfer to your hotel in Reykjavik according to program schedule.

Our flight was delayed and we missed the last bus to Blue Lagoon. The staff at the aiport were very friendly and fixed the situation so there came a bus for us and a few other passengers. While we wait they offered us coffee. Driver was friendly and everyhting went smoothly.

I visited The Blue Lagoon with my wife on 6th of September after our afternoon flight. The transfer from the airport to The Blue Lagoon was pleasant, the bus driver was very kind and helpfull. We had a 2-hour spa session in the lagoon, it was a unique experience, we enjoyed it very much. The staff of the spa was professional, everything was going very well.

The Gray Line leg of the tour was fine, though given my timing I'd just as soon it left the airport a bit earlier. My flight got in early; I'd have loved to be at the Lagoon when they opened. (As for the Lagoon itself... it was pleasant, but not really my cup of tea. Your mileage may well vary, and I know that there are many insanely positive reviews, but when another traveller asked me if it was worth the trouble I told her she wouldn't miss anything if she'd skipped it.) The bus leg was fast, courteous, efficient, etc.

The Blue Lagoon, which we went to directly from Keflavik Airport, was a wonderful introduction to Iceland. We were fortunate enough to have two rainbows! The bus driver, who was not really a guide, was very friendly and humorous. The only negative was that the sound system or microphone on the bus was so bad that I had trouble making out what he was saying. They took care of our luggage, which was brought to their central office when we decided to stay later at the lagoon, and then picked up on the way to our hotel. Definitely recommended!

Bus driver was very helpful and knowledgable, I was the only one on this route so I had a chance to ask him questions about Iceland. He was great.
